To create an ultralight sock that’s as comfortable as it is supportive, Assos took a hard look at the yarns themselves. Testing in warm-weather conditions eventually led to Hydrogen, a buttery-soft microfiber that’s blended with Lycra to deliver a light compressive hold along the foot, ankle, and lower leg using a seamless construction. From there they targeted the arch, wrapping it with a ribbed band of airy mesh for further support and boosted breathability, along with a contrasting band along the Achilles for a clean finish.

Lightly insulated cycling socks for the cool, low-light days of early spring and late fall. The transitional seasons are defined by cool weather—a symptom of shorter, often overcast days. These socks combine light insulation and a prominent photoluminescent stripe to help keep your feet warm and your legs visible to other road users, flashing light through your pedal stroke. The unique geometrical knit also actively pulls moisture from your skin, preventing the accumulation of a clammy chill. Anti-odor polyamide blend reinforced with Lycra for support and light insulation. STL (or Spot The Light) incorporates photoluminescent threads to add light to your pedal stroke in low-light conditions. 160-needle construction eliminates seams for a frictionless fit that wraps in gently compressive support, preventing slumping or restrictive pinching at the cuff.
